Game 2: Korea 3 beat China 2
Game 3: Malaysia 3 beat Canada 1
Australia dominated once again and are looking good for a place in the final. South Africa never really got into the game although they did keep Australia scoreless for about 25 minutes. Then the flood gates opened and Australia ran away with the match.
Match 3 Malaysia V Canada turned out to be a block buster. The Canadians came out firing and shoved the smaller Malaysians around the park. The physical contest became increasingly important as the game rolled on. The umpires struggled to control the game and handed down several yellow cards. The crowd got behind the locals with their drums and flares and seemed to lift the yellow and black team above the Canadians. Even though they were physically smaller, they played the umpires by going to ground as soon as they were hit and that changed the dynamic of the game. All in all, a thriller for locals and neutrals alike.
